A forward-looking project with strong partners
For the first time ever an international exhibition venue with an attractive
program of international trade events is being developed in China. The
companies involved in the joint venture include the Shanghai Pudong Land
Development Corporation and three of Germany's largest trade fair organizers,
i.e. Munich, Hanover and D¨ısseldorf.
Highly functional
The technical infrastructure, equipment and services satisfy the highest
international standards. That also applies to the SNIEC's sophisticated
architecture. Following the first phase of construction the SNIEC has
4 halls with 45,000 sqm of hall space and 20,000 sqm of outdoor exhibition
space. Once completed it will have a total of 17 halls with 200,000 sqm
of hall space and 50,000 sqm of outdoor exhibition space.

Take the underground: Just 23 minutes from downtown!
Take the car from downtown: the Expo Centre is located at the intersection
of two beltways that lead from downtown Shanghai over the Nanpu Bridge
and through Pudong.
